Job summary

Dewberry is seeking an Entry Level Highway Engineer to join our Highway Engineering Department in our Boston, MA office. This role offers growth opportunities, a collaborative environment, and exposure to the latest technologies to solve client challenges.

Design and prepare contract documents for roadway improvement projects for various clients. Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil Engineering, 0-2 years of experience, and familiarity with AASHTO, MassDOT, MBTA, and MUTCD.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT/FE preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Prior internship or summer work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AASHTO, MassDOT, MBTA, and MUTCD preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD including ORD (Open Roads MicroStation) and Civil 3D (ACAD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in team environment.
