Job summary

Dewberry is seeking an Entry Level Highway Engineer to join our Highway Engineering Department in Mount Laurel, NJ. This position offers growth, a great working environment, and the opportunity to apply the latest technology to help our clients solve their most challenging problems.

You will design and prepare contract documents for roadway improvement projects for NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority, counties, and other clients.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT/FE preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Prior internship or summer work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NJDOT and NJTA design standards and practices.
• Familiarity with AASHTO and MUTCD.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in team environment.
