Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Mechanic I to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment and related systems. You’ll learn company maintenance practices under the guidance of experienced mechanics and help support equipment reliability.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, or component replacement on heavy equipment or related mechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and services.
• Assist with repairs of heavy equipment, vehicles, and industrial machinery.
• Replace worn, damaged, or failed components.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Read and follow work orders, basic technical manuals, and repair procedures.
• Maintain maintenance and repair records. Support equipment reliability and yard operations.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
