Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-6 months experience in manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled items access; employment offers conditioned on eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Wash and clean parts using designated equipment and procedures.
• Load and unload parts from washers, furnaces, and baskets.
• Prepare and stage parts for heat treatment and subsequent operations.
• Assist with operating heat treat equipment under supervision.
• Follow work instructions and routers.
• Maintain proper identification and separation of parts and production lots.
• Move parts and materials safely using material handling equipment.
• Perform basic visual checks before and after processing.
• Record basic processing information and complete production paperwork.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Participate in training to develop Heat Treat knowledge.
