Howmet Aerospace Inc. is hiring a Heat Treat Operator in Brea, CA, on-site. You will operate and control machinery, fabricate parts per blueprints, and ensure precision with micrometers and calipers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control machinery and equipment, such as cranes, to perform tasks.
• Fabricate and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections to identify defects in the production process.
• Utilize hand tools and tooling to complete tasks efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Participate in department trainings and assist in training new staff.
