Job summary

Epic invites a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and help them transition to Epic, shaping their experience and saving lives.

You’ll design training materials and scenarios, collaborate with teams to create workflow-based content, and support client organizations in implementing Epic software across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Demonstrated academic and professional success.
• Willing to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities
