• Responding to system alerts, error messages, and incidents with initial troubleshooting and escalation.
• Maintaining detailed operational logs and documentation of system activities and resolutions.
• Adhering to operational procedures, security protocols, and data integrity standards.
• Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders to support maintenance and problem resolution.
• Participating in on-call rotations and after-hours support as required to meet business needs.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality by following procedures and paying attention to detail in all tasks.
• Communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding system status and updates.
