• Input data into the CWA database and follow up on missing information.
• Make outbound calls to verify information on applications.
• Take inbound calls and relay information about outstanding requirements to applicants.
• Conduct non-medical telephone interviews when needed.
• Order and track requirements pre and post issue.
• Learn differences between Federal and State Open Enrollment, Guarantee Issue and Standard applications.
