Tektronix in Solon, OH is seeking an entry-level Hardware Verification Engineer to support testing of Precision DC test and measurement equipment. You’ll work with hardware, software, applications, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure products meet validation requirements.

This role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where you’ll write test procedures, run tests, automate where possible, and help build test fixtures while developing skills in test, automation, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education/practical experience.
• Basic understanding of electronic hardware concepts (analog and digital).
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes).
• Introductory programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, C, C#, or similar) with interest in automation.
• Familiarity with Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop test procedures and associated documentation to validate hardware requirements.
• Execute test procedures, document results, and troubleshoot issues with design and sustainment teams.
• Write automated test programs to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop test schedules.
