Job summary

Primary Talent Partners, LLC seeks an Assembly Operator - Entry Level - Hardware in Loveland, CO for a 12-month W2 contract. You will align, calibrate and test components, following SOPs and maintaining records to ensure on-time work order completion.

You will work with a cross-functional team, adhere to GMP/ISO standards, and train new staff as needed. English fluency and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Read, write and speak fluent English to understand SOPs and work instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and basic data entry.
• Utilize hand tools; assemble tasks following SOPs with supervision.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed; ensure FDA QSR compliance.
• Adhere to GMP and ISO requirements; participate in lean manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to address quality issues.
• Suggest quality improvements to methods, equipment, and processes.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and proper records of production.
• Train new team members on equipment operations and procedures.
