Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Level 1 – Material Handler to safely move, stage, and supply materials for daily production.

You will work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed and assist with grinding and tumbling as required. Ideal candidates have a basic computer and math skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills are required.

• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Stage materials for production operations.
• Transport finished goods to warehouse or shipping areas.
• Maintain inventory movement records and production documentation.
• Support inventory control and cycle count activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing teams as needed.
• Assist with grinding and tumbling operations when required.
