Heising-Simons Foundation is seeking a Grants Associate in our Los Altos or San Francisco offices. This full-time, nonexempt position provides administrative support to the grants management team and serves as a first point of contact for grantees.

The role offers exposure to Salesforce, DocuSign, and Box while learning the field of philanthropy. During the COVID period, staff work remotely with flexible, gradual returns as offices reopen.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role providing administrative support to grants management and the Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for grants management team and grantees.
• Assist with grantmaking processes and learn philanthropy tools.
• Support preparation and execution of grant-related documentation.
