The Heising-Simons Foundation is seeking a Program Associate to support the Climate and Clean Energy team. This full-time role can be based in Los Altos or San Francisco, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will serve as the first point of contact for grantees, support grants management, and provide administrative assistance to the Program Officer and Program Director.

The start date is around March 1, and compensation targets $74,000–$87,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

• Serve as the first point of contact for grantees and grant seekers.
• Work with Grants Management to ensure adherence to policies and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support from calendaring to basic research.
