ABOUT THE POSITION

The Program Associate (PA) provides administrative and program-related support to the Foundation's Community & Opportunity team. The Community and Opportunity program (C&O) focuses on four areas: building community power in San Jose, organizational effectiveness for grantees across the Foundation, journalism, and the CEO Fund.

COMPENSATION

The target starting salary is $75,000-95,000/year.
