The position focuses on learning international shipments and collaborating with customers from diverse backgrounds, while supporting the operations team.

The role involves documenting, tracking air and ocean cargo, and performing cost analysis to prepare quotes, building foundational supply chain knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or International Business.
• Proficient in Excel and Data Entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with logistics procedures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process all required documents.
• Support the operations department personnel in global logistics strategies.
• Track incoming Air and Ocean Cargos (domestic/international shipments).
• Analyze transport costs and prepare quotes for invoicing.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, and customer issues.
• Other duties assigned by managers.
