Halff in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a GIS Analyst I for December 2026 or May 2027 graduates. You will collect and compile geospatial information, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help present data to support project decisions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and hands-on GIS work using Esri ArcGIS. Candidates should have a GIS-related degree and familiarity with ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro; model builder or Python for automation is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Geography, GIS, Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
Experience with the latest Esri GIS software (ArcMap 10.8 and ArcGIS Pro 2.9+).
Model Builder or Python for workflow automation preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply GIS principles to analyze and present geospatial data for projects.
Create maps and figures from geospatial information in various formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to support decisions.
Manage geospatial data and ensure data quality.
Perform spatial analysis including statistics, network analysis, and 3D visualization.
Integrate CAD data and convert between GIS and CAD formats.
Design attribute schemas and maintain geospatial databases.
QA/QC processes and topology awareness.
Communicate complex GIS concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
