Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of completions/well interventions experience encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Support completion, stimulation, and workover ops in training and field.
• Monitor pressures, rates, and other parameters for safe operations.
• Assist in program design, procedures, and post-job reporting.
• Collect and analyze data to optimize operations and troubleshoot.
• Maintain records and participate in safety meetings and drills.
• Escalate issues to engineering team and support cost estimates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering

0–2 years experience in completions or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork

Willingness to 14/14 rotational schedule

Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
