Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Completions Intern to work on the full completions lifecycle, from design to field execution and post-fracturing analysis. You will collaborate with completions engineers, handle data analysis and technical reporting, and present results to leadership and fellow interns.

Successful candidates are rising juniors/seniors or graduate-level, pursuing Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering, with strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Rising junior/senior, master's/PhD candidate wrapping up within the next year.
• Pursuing degrees in engineering disciplines; strong academic baseline.
• Comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership; initiative-taking.

Responsibilities

• Support completion design workflows and documentation.
• Assist with hydraulic stimulation data collection and analysis.
• Maintain and update well diagrams and completion records.
• Support vendor coordination and scheduling.
• Track completions performance metrics and help prepare reports.
