Job summary

Atlanta Gear Works is a contract precision maintenance shop that repairs gearboxes and provides training to grow your career. This entry-level Warehouse Associate role will involve using precision tools, following safety rules, and learning the trade in a four‑day workweek from 4pm to 2:30am.

You will lift and move items, measure parts, and work with a team to meet production goals while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical schooling is a plus.
• This is an entry level position.
• Experience with high precision measuring instruments is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules at all times and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow verbal instructions and interpret quality requirements.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and assist with gear related tasks.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and management.
