CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future in Austin, TX. We’re seeking an early-career Software Engineer to ship full-stack features on high-traffic sites used by millions of members to enroll, manage, and book services.

Join a team that values ownership, ambiguity-tolerance, and a builder mindset. Tech stack includes Java, React, and TypeScript with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Base salary ranges from $105,000 to $125,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience using Python, React and TypeScript.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native applications with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub and CI/CD.
• History of owning cross-functional projects and driving them to production with bias for action.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications powering CLEAR's identity platform.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery through rollout and support.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Operations to translate problems into scalable solutions.
• Improve reliability, performance, testing, observability, and developer experience.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and enhance security and maintainability.
• Collaborate through code reviews and sharing best practices.
