Gannett Fleming TranSystems is seeking to hire an Entry-Level Freight Civil Engineer to join our growing Civil Engineering team at our Kansas City, MO headquarters. This is a hybrid role.
This position will include civil engineering design, construction document preparation including CAD design, specifications and estimates for a variety of projects, including rail, road, airport infrastructure, coastal development, site development, storm water management and utilities design projects. Day to day assignments and technical guidance will be directed by current staff Project Managers. This position will also involve coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and personnel in the Berkeley office and other TranSystems offices. Applicants must possess strong technical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
