Job summary

Reworld Waste in Indianapolis is seeking a Utility Operator to unload trucks at the Energy from Waste facility, under supervision of the Supplemental Waste Program Manager. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe work area and adherence to all safety policies, with occasional overtime and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime including nights, weekends, and holidays with minimum notice.
• Prior experience in an industrial environment utilizing fork trucks preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks
• Perform safety inspections
• Review and sign shipping documents
• Assist in regular cleaning projects
• Cross train in other areas of department
• Other duties as assigned
