Job summary

Westminster Cracker Company has an entry-level Production Associate role on our Vermont packaging lines. You’ll start at one station and, with training, cross-train across the line. You’ll report to the Production Supervisor and work with a Team Leader who will help you learn the job.

No manufacturing experience required—what we need is someone who shows up, works safely, and cares about doing the job right.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions and standard work.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to stand, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to speak up about safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Pack crackers into cartons, cases and bulk containers on the line.
• Assemble and weigh cartons, check counts and seals, and move product.
• Watch for off-spec product and stop or flag it when observed.
• Follow GMP and safety rules on every shift, wearing required PPE.
• Maintain station cleanliness and assist with line changeovers.
