Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate at our Turners Falls, MA facility. This entry-level role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment in a GMP environment.

The position requires following safety policies, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to the production schedule. Prior basic math and computer skills are beneficial for inventory and labeling tasks, with onboarding training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and adheres to schedule.
• Operates packaging equipment and monitors conveyor lines; clears jams as needed.
• Inspects final packaging for correct labeling, bottle description and product packaging.
• Performs bottle inspections and quality checks; escalates defects promptly.
