Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Alabama is hiring entry-level manufacturing associates to participate in production and distribution of flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers. No prior manufacturing experience is required as training is provided.

You will rotate through extrusion, heatset, twisting, warehouse, or shipping/receiving, learn problem-solving skills, and work 12-hour rotating swing shifts with varying start times and days according to the schedule.

Qualifications

• Are motivated and interested in learning new skills.
• Enjoy problem solving.
• Have no prior manufacturing experience, as training is provided.
• Are able to meet physical requirements and responsibilities discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the manufacture and distribution of flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers.
• Work in one of the following manufacturing departments: Extrusion, Heatset, Twisting, Warehouse, or Shipping/Receiving.
• Engage in problem solving and learn various skills through provided training.
• Work 12-hour rotating swing shifts with varying start times and days according to the rotation schedule.
