Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd in Alabama is hiring Entry Level Manufacturing associates to support the production and distribution of flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers. No prior manufacturing experience is required as training is provided for all entry-level roles.

The company operates on a 12-hour rotating swing shift with schedules switching by the calendar, and options across Extrusion, Heatset, Twisting, Warehouse and Shipping/Receiving departments.

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train production associates who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem solving.

We are currently looking to fill 12-Hour Swing shift openings. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided for all entry-level roles.
