Job summary

NWU is hiring for manufacturing roles in Alabama to support the production and distribution of flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers. You will join one of several departments (Extrusion, Heatset, Twisting, Warehouse, or Shipping/Receiving) and participate in problem solving with on-the-job training.

Roles operate on 12-hour rotating swing shifts with varying start times. No prior manufacturing experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be able to meet

• Engage in problem solving and learn various skills through provided training.
