Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance, stripping, refinishing, burnishing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment and automated cleaners for large areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, vacuuming, and spot treatment.
• Carry out maintenance/restoration for various floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
