Qualifications

• Knowledge of hard floor maintenance and safety procedures.
• Experience with floor care equipment and techniques preferred.
• Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to train if no experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floors using stripping, refinishing, burnishing, and spray buffing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment to clean large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extraction.
• Conduct maintenance/restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
