Qualifications

• Prior experience as a floor care technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extraction.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
