Job summary

Las Vegas Valley Water District is seeking a Fleet Vehicle & Equipment Repair Technician I for a limited-term role in Ely, NV. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain light to heavy vehicles and construction equipment, with welding and fabrication experience and proficiency in shop diagnostics and data entry.

CDL is highly desirable and ASE certifications are preferred. The position requires heavy lifting, safety compliance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair procedures for engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
