Typical duties include performing routine maintenance, using diagnostic tools, entering work orders, and operating forklifts and generators under supervision. Strong attention to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Some knowledge in electrical and hydraulic systems and reading schematics.
• Ownership of hand and air/electric tools for repairs.
• Ability to operate and test equipment like lifts, generators, hydraulics.
• Computer skills to enter information into a fleet management system.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follows a consistent schedule of preventive maintenance on Gravity fleet.
• Operates and tests equipment to meet quality standards.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Diagnoses rental equipment with assistance from senior mechanics.
• Enters work orders via fleet management system and keeps area clean.
• Completes monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
