Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring an entry-level Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on our company fleet. You will learn hands-on under experienced mechanics, performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic repairs while helping maintain a safe, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in fleet maintenance or vehicle repair
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic mechanical repairs on fleet vehicles
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission)
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with other entry-level fleet maintenance tasks as needed
