SRM Concrete is seeking an entry-level Fleet Maintenance Technician in Punta Gorda, FL. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid inspections, and basic repairs while learning from senior mechanics. The role focuses on hands-on training with real opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

You’ll work in a team, maintaining a clean, safe shop environment and supporting various entry-level maintenance tasks as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on training environment.
