Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Must comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• DOT and safety requirements including drug screening and training

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance
• Keeping facilities clean and safe environments for customers and associates
• Learning through training to perform minor repairs such as tire installation, rotation, and preventive maintenance
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
