Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with Penske safety policies and DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires and fluids.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and coworkers.
• Develop skills through training and hands-on coaching for minor repairs.
• Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
