Penske in Carrollton, TX is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You’ll fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and ensure vehicles are clean and safe before they hit the road. This entry‑level role is designed to build your career in vehicle maintenance with on‑the‑job training and a clear path to technician roles.

No experience is required. You’ll learn Penske’s maintenance processes, safety standards, and advanced vehicle technology through hands‑on coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass drug screen and meet DOT requirements.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections including tires and fluids.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
