Qualifications

• Between 18 and 41 years old.

Responsibilities

• Must have Ohio Firefighter Level II certification and Ohio EMT Basic certification.
• Willing to become a Paramedic when deemed necessary by the City and maintain the certification.
• Resident of Allen or Van Wert County or a county contiguous to Allen or Van Wert.
• Subject to physical, psychological examination and background investigation.
