The City of Delphos is accepting resumes for the position of Public Works Maintenance employee.

The maintenance employee position is required to perform manual work of unskilled and skilled tasks and of physically demanding nature. This position will involve working on water leaks, sewer issues and roadways among other duties. This position requires working in adverse weather conditions and non-scheduled hours on a call-in or on call basis. This position is required to obtain a CDL license within 1 year of hire. EPA distribution and/or collection license is preferred.

Employment Standards: High school diploma or equivalent. One year of laboring experience or other experience as necessary to develop mature judgment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Rate of pay:Per AFSCME union contract – $20.60 to $23.89 per hour dependent upon level of EPA licenses.
