Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Support Technician to assist certified technicians with inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. You will learn industry standards by working under supervision, handle basic tasks, and travel to job sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on learning, and collaboration with field teams across commercial and industrial environments. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Clean driving record and active driver's license if driving is required.
• Physically capable to lift 50+ pounds and perform in commercial/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Travel to job sites as required.
