Everon is seeking a field installer in Virginia to install and troubleshoot low voltage panels, wiring and associated devices under supervision of a senior installer.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, blueprint reading ability, and a valid driver’s license with readiness to travel. NICET Level I is preferred within one year for fire alarm systems; strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
  • 1+ years of experience required.
  • Reading blueprints and wiring per drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug screening.
  • Able to read and interpret English-language drawings, schematics, and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and associated devices.
  • Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
  • Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
  • Performs system testing and signal verification.
  • Maintains truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
  • Organizes resources to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Ensures progress and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Documents service hours worked and activities.
  • Completes and submits required task-related activities and reports.
