Job summary

Everon is seeking an experienced installer to set up commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems at customer sites. The role includes working with minimal supervision and may involve training less experienced installers and trainees.

The position requires a minimum high school diploma or vocational training, 3+ years of hands-on experience, and proficiency with local codes. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or vocational training.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Installs commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others.
• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory of equipment and tools.
• Performs new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organizes technical resources to ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitors progress and completion of tasks.
• Completes required task-related documentation on time.
