Job summary

Republic Finance in Dayton, OH is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager. The role features an on-site work environment with a structured 18–24 month paid training program, a path to leadership, and relocation support for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including improving credit and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, processing and closings, and follow up with payment reminders.
• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing sales plans to meet goals.
• Promote Republic Finance's core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
