Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• Entry-level; no prior accounting experience required.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of US GAAP and core financial statements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for data and reporting tasks.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders about financial information.
• Interest in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting.

Responsibilities

• SEC Filings Management: Assist with preparation and filing of 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K under supervision.
• External Reporting Support: Help prepare earnings releases and external disclosures for public reporting.
• Financial Disclosures Review: Aid in preparation and review of disclosures and supporting documents.
• Accounting Operations & Research: Prepare and post basic journal vouchers; research accounting questions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting.
