Job summary

Advisors Asset Management (AAM) seeks a motivated Product Management & Operations Analyst to support its Asset Management Solutions business. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate aiming to grow in financial services, asset management, investment operations, and product management.

The Analyst will support the product platform, including mutual funds, SMAs, UMAs, and interval funds, while gaining exposure to product management, operations, reporting, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with investment operations systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of AAM investment products.
• Assist onboarding products to third-party investment platforms.
• Coordinate platform agreements, fee schedules, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Service, Technology and Compliance.
• Track project deliverables and support product-related initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external partners.
• Support account onboarding, maintenance, and product-related operations.
• Assist with account, transaction, and data reconciliations.
• Help resolve operational discrepancies with partners.
• Support portfolio accounting and reporting for SMA strategies.
• Assist with manager payment processing and reconciliations.
