Advisors Asset Management (AAM) seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Product Management & Operations Analyst to support the Asset Management Solutions business in Princeton, NJ. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate building a career in financial services, asset management, and product operations.

The Analyst will gain exposure to mutual funds, SMAs, UMAs, interval funds, reporting, platform support, and business controls, with a path to FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses within 12

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of investment markets, securities, portfolio accounting, and financial operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of AAM investment products.
• Assist with onboarding products to third-party investment platforms.
• Help coordinate platform agreements, fee schedules, and operational requirements.
• Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Service, Technology, and Compliance.
• Track project deliverables and support product-related initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
