Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in product strategy, product development, investment strategy, or related function within asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment products across public and/or private markets.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience using data and market research to support strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work across multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; progress towards CFA or CAIA advantageous.
