Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Knowledge of investment markets, securities, portfolio accounting, and financial operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with Excel, pivot tables, and lookups; VBA/macros a plus.
• Must obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support management and maintenance of investment products.
• Assist onboarding products to third-party investment platforms.
• Coordinate platform agreements, fee schedules, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Service, Technology, and Compliance.
• Track project deliverables and support product-related initiatives.
• Prepare reports on assets under management, sales, flows, and platform activity.
• Support quarterly reporting, board materials, and manager reporting.
• Maintain process documentation and operational procedures.
