Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter Cash Receipts (CRs) from Parks and Recreation locations into SAP.
• Record accounts receivable payments from Chase Bank daily.
• Perform bank reconciliations for the general depository account.
• Prepare journal entries and process in SAP with accurate accounting communication.
• Forecast revenue and monitor variances for multiple funds.
