The company is seeking an entry-level finance professional in Marysville, Ohio, to support budgeting, closing, and reporting activities. This role offers structured supervision and a solid foundation in corporate finance.

You will assist with month-end close, prepare journal entries, and analyze budget variances while collaborating with department heads and project leads. Growth opportunities and training are highlighted in the package.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or an Associate degree with at least two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Between zero and two years of professional experience for degree holders.
• Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Functional knowledge of SAP software.
• Strong problem solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Hybrid remote and office based schedule.
• Standard work week with minimal overtime requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute month end closing tasks and prepare journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct detailed comparisons between actual spending and budgeted forecasts.
• Collaborate with management and investment teams on six distinct budget events annually.
• Produce reports and presentations that advise leadership on financial status and areas for improvement.
